Project Manager work with Japanese product managers to define software requirements and lead development projects. Manage Vietnamese engineers, schedules, and quality control to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality software delivery.
* Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Japanese engineers and product managers to create design documents.
- (Preferred) Ability to understand requirements/specs from Japanese side and design the system.
- Manage engineers' schedules, tasks, and project issues.
- Design high-quality software and system architecture.
- Develop clean, efficient code and perform code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Handle comprehensive quality testing, including functional and non-functional testing, and work with Japanese engineers to improve quality.
- Create and manage documents needed for maintenance.
Monitor system operations and respond to incidents when they occur.
