Mô tả công việc

Planning Staff is responsible for creating operation plans and managing budgets to ensure smooth business operations. The role includes coordinating with departments, updating systems, tracking costs, and resolving planning issues.

Responsibilities:

- Creating and updating operations plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, or production needs. Working with concerned departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of plans. Observing the progress of plans, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective actions. Identifying and resolving issues related to operations. 
- Creating and managing organizational budgets, often in collaboration with other departments. Analyzing financial data, including expenses, revenues, and cost. Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Tracking actual spending against the budget and investigating variances. 
- Inputting and managing relevant data in company systems (ERP Navision, Dynamic 365BC). Preparing operation and budget cost expenses report system.
- Other jobs assignments by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- All gender, aged 23~30 (graduated/freshman is acceptable)
- Bachelor’s Degree or above - major in Operations/ Business Administration/ Supply chain management/ Finance / or related fields
- English communication; strong general knowledge & proficiency in MS Office (Office 365, power BI, D365BC)
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions. 
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team & other departments.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to planning and execution. 
- Technical Skills: technical knowledge related to production, logistics, or specific systems. 
- Software Skill: Familiar with ERP / D365BC. Good at Excel, Pivot and Power BI is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience: Understanding of operation planning, supply chain, budget principles field (graduate is acceptable)
