We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operation Manager (OM) to join our team. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive 2-month training program at our headquarters in Shanghai to gain a deep understanding of our business operations.The OM will play a crucial role in managing company operations and will have significant opportunities to collaborate with our Chinese staff, supported by our headquarters.

Responsibilities:
- Undergo a 2-month intensive training program at the Shanghai headquarters to understand company operations and business strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Japanese Deputy General Director to manage and oversee daily operations in Vietnam.
- Implement and manage operational strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in company processes.
- Coordinate with the headquarter team to ensure seamless integration and support for website and system construction projects.
- Foster strong collaboration with Chinese staff to leverage their expertise and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Chinese: Business level.
- English: Business level.
- Vietnamese: Native level.
- Have a basic understanding of the steel industry, economy, policy, etc., clear logical thinking and have the ability to explain the industry fundamentals.
‐ Good communication skill to build and maintain networks.
‐ Good self-motivator with high team-work spirit, dedication to career, willingness to work under pressure, and capability to juggle multi-duties.
- Keyboard-oriented, familiar with Internet and Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PPT).
- Sensitive to information and data.
