• M&E Construction Site Management in the suburbs of HCMC.
• Construction Management as a Site Manager / Construction Management Support as a Sub Manager/Staff.
• Monitor and control the situation, progress, quality, delivery time in site.
• Ensure the application of all responsibilities with regard to the Company's Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
• Report to Japanese Manager
• Working Place: Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, Vung Tau ... sometimes Nha Trang, Hải Phòng
  (The company will respect your wishes or circumstances as much as they can)

*Company information:

• Building, Civil Engineering Department: 12
  • Facility Department
  • Facility (Equipment) Design & Quantity Survey Department: 4
• M&E Department (On-site): 9
• Architectural Design Department: 6
• *Each department has Japanese Manager

• Manager level: At least 3 years of working experience as a site manager.
• Staff level: Experience of M&E Construction Management
• Business English skill.
• Japanese skills (Prefer).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Teamwork mind.

*Allowance

• Phone: 500,000VND/month
• Transportation: 500,000VND/month
• Others: Certificate Allowance, Language Allowance (TOEIC／JLPT)

*Bonus

• 13 month bonus, paid in December.
• Special Bonus: Based on the company's business performance & individual business performance, paid in January.
• Completion (of construction) Allowance：Depending on the Net sales of completed construction contracts, paid in July & January
