Mô tả công việc

- You will be responsible for sales to CVS channel in MT market at confectionery maker that imports and sells one's popular cookie from Japan.

<Main responsibilities>
- General sales activities based on the annual budget (sales and promotional expenses) for four retail companies in the Supermarket sector.
L Planning, proposing, and implementing sales promotion plans and proposing new products for each retail company.
- Continuous on-site confirmation of the sales floor status of all Supermarket stores (about 800 stores including out of HCMC).
- Instruct and execute optimal display to SV and SR for the purpose of improving the number of delivery stores and sell-out or stores.
- Management of Supervisor (1 person) and Sales Representatives (6 people). 
L *Both SV and SR are common staff of MT Sales Team.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Above 1 year of experience as a Key Account or above MT Supervisor position at an FMCG company *Not required to be a manager.
- English: Internal communication level.
