The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and enhancing company' premium market position through strategic partnerships, maximizing sell-through, and driving sustainable growth and mutual profitability. This role requires diligent monitoring and maintenance of sales revenue, optimal inventory management, and the ability to analyze sales and buy trends.
Responsibilities:
- Build up and explore premium position as company in the market through with partner by maximizing sell-through.
- Key in driving a sustainable growth and mutual profitability through diligent monitoring and maintaining of sales revenue (sell-in and sell-through) growth and managing optimal inventory/merchandise.
- Ability to analyze Sales and Buy trends to manage the Stock/Merchandise, Sales Plans with profitability and merchandise plan. Work closely with SEA regional team to develop plans for the marketplace through each category.
- Establish wholesale business flow and develop new door channels and execute sales strategies with accounts; thru semi-annual account business plans.
- Good knowledge of sports categories, accounts, brands and the marketplace to develop seasonal assortments, sales forecasts and buy plans for assigned accounts.
- Engage accounts in leading category development plan and ensure assortment strategy serve consumers while keeping the brand premium.
- Require to proactively lead business discussions, ensure effective and timely execution of marketing campaigns, order tracking, order input, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/delivery information, payment confirmation.
- Work closely with AVN team (Retail/Marketing/Finance/Logistics etc.) to run business smoothly.
- Excellent customer servicing skills and strong relationship management to drive the business through the assigned channels and accounts based upon product/category and marketplace expertise which results in consistent target fulfilment.
- Ability to identify key drivers of sales and profit to formulate the strategy and action plan, and to be able to integrate those plans into daily operation.
