MA Senior Executive updates medical knowledge and supports local medical plans based on brand strategies. The role includes working with experts, sharing new data, answering medical questions, and helping with clinical trials and market access.

* Responsibility:

- Acquire and update continuously necessary scientific knowledge on therapeutic area and relevant compounds.
- Develop and implement the local medical plan to address unmet medical needs in priority disease areas and ensure alignment with the brand plan. Develop and implement pre-launch medical plan/activities for new products prior to the planned launch in the country to address key clinical and scientific challenges in align with medical plan/integrated brand plan
- Meet with KEE to understand unmet needs or gaps from evidence to clinical practice, seeking advice/ input for what programs that could meet. Share emerging data with HCPs, discussing all aspects of the data in a scientific, objective and balanced way. Discuss and exchange update medical and clinical information, content development for medical program including CME, ABM, local independent congresses and other medical scientific activities. Engage KEE and doctors in discussions regarding scientific and clinical evidence on products and claims.
- Training and support to internal/external stakeholders: Train and support internal/external stakeholders by providing updated and relevant scientific and clinical information. Collaborate and communicate closely with commercial and regional/global medical teams. Medical Enquiries: Respond timely, relevantly, accurately and scientifically balanced to scientific and medical inquiries to establish and/or further the knowledge and understanding of our products, including addressing issues about safety and reactive medical support of our products based on scientific data
- Support market access activities, clinical trial, evidence generation that shape market understanding of disease, diagnosis and treatment options
- Ensure all medical activities and acumen follow Compliance, Company’s rules and regulations as well as government regulations.

- Medical Doctor or Pharmacist degree, preferably with specialization and/or clinical experience in the relevant therapeutic area(s) (MSL, MA, ...) in MNC, having experience in the oncology field is preferred.
- Strong scientific baseline knowledge in therapeutic area, clinical trials methods, implementation and interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to learn more in depth in therapeutic areas.
- Presentation skills, project management experience.
- Fluency in English, good at the computer as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Be able to be on field approximately 50%.
- Strong customer-facing skills, listening skills, probing skills, and flexibility.
- Experience within a clinical drug development environment preferred.
- Careful, honest, enthusiasm and have a sense of responsibility to work.
