You will be responsible for the following tasks at a company that manufactures and sells flooring and wall materials.

Responsibilities:

- Sales management of the sales team (KPI setting, budget and cost management, etc.)
- Staff management (around 10 people).
- Building and training the sales team.
- Reporting to superiors.
- Interactions with Japanese staff and the Japanese headquarters.
- Collaboration with the marketing dept. (planning and running exhibitions, seminars, etc.)
- Other duties will be performed as instructed by superiors.

- Japanese: N2 level (ability to communicate with the Japanese)
- English: Intermediate (use for internal meetings and communicate with clients)
- Sales experience in a similar industry (interior/ construction materials, etc.)
- Experience managing around 10 people (leader level acceptable)
