We are seeking a Japanese Staff to support our sales and operations teams. The candidate will facilitate seamless communication and coordination to enhance member satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support and Coordination
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, inquiries, and member onboarding processes.
- Prepare and process contracts, proposals, invoices, and membership agreements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Monitor renewals and upsell opportunities to ensure high member retention.
2. Member Communication and Support
- Handle inquiries related to memberships, pricing, and office availability.
- Assist members with administrative requests, including payment processing and service upgrades.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, community managers, and operations teams.
3. Reporting and Forecasting
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for management.
- Provide data-driven insights on occupancy rates, revenue growth, and member trends.
- Monitor and report on membership churn rates and suggest retention strategies.
4. Coordination with Finance and Operations
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and invoice reconciliation.
- Collaborate with operations to manage inventory for private offices, desks, and meeting rooms.
- Track overtime, additional services, and ensure accurate billing for members.
5. Event and Marketing Support
- Coordinate with marketing to organize tours, events, and promotions for prospective clients.
- Support community events by ensuring accurate registrations and member participation tracking.
- Assist with implementing special offers or promotional campaigns to increase occupancy.
