The HR Section Chief will oversee and manage all HR activities across our Ho Chi Minh, Phnom Penh, and Myanmar offices. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and social compliance standards, while effectively managing recruitment, training, appraisals, and labor relations to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Cover HR activities of Ho Chi Minh Office, Phnompenh Office, Myanmar Office.
- Manage and ensure all HR activities including compensation, benefits, insurance comply with the Labor Law and Social Compliant.
- Monitor effective recruitment labor and make the training needs.
- Deploy appraisal rule, make appraisal data, appraisal result.
- Develop the labor relationship and control turnover rate.
- Making HR reports such as manpower, costing and others.
- Other HR and supportive activities.
