Mô tả công việc

- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization aligned with the overall  business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Maintain benefits program/company policies, Administer health and life insurance programs.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
- Communication with internal and external HR teams. 
- Organizational tasks within the HR team.
- Monitor budgets.
- Able to work as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proven working experience as HR Leader or other HR Executive. 
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Good at skills of communication, negotiation, presentation.
- Use English in communication.
- Japanese is a advantage.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor law.
- Have high responsibility in work, willing to arrange time to complete the work as required.
