Mô tả công việc

The HR Leader will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the company's human resources functions. This position requires a dynamic individual who can handle labor management, HR management, talent acquisition, general affairs, and legal compliance. The HR Leader will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace.

Responsibilities:

1. Labor Management
- Attendance, C&B, social insurance, PIT calculation, leave management.
- Representative of the company to work with Gov. departments (DOLISA, Social Insurance,..).
- Labor Contract management.
- Projects such as retirement allowance system change, etc., and something related to laws.

2. HR Management
- Appraisal education, management, collecting, analysis.
- Salary raise and bonus handling.
- Onboarding, offboarding processing, answering questions from employees.
- HRIS management.
- Conducting the Employee Satisfaction Survey.
- Labor regulation update and submit to the Govt.
- Items related to laws such as the introduction of a flex system.

3. Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment status management, job posting, interview settings, interviews, offer letters.

4. General Affairs (GA) with GA staff
- Handling major projects and issues such as company trips, WP issues, SI lump sum payment processing, etc.
- Management and establishment of company rules (business trips, various events and allowances).
- Personal health Insurance management.

5. Legal with GA staff
- Management of HRC contracts (in cases when GA staff cannot handle it).
- License and ERC-related support.
- Manage the project of Compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

6. Other
- Ad-hoc from BoD request and Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from university majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics,…
- English skill: Fluent in English, able to communicate independently with foreigners.
- Experience: at least 3+ years of working in HR field.
- Logical thinking, customer oriented, hardworking, active, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel).
- Have experience of managing a team or a department is plus.
