- Grow & protect On Premise accounts in the related region. Deliver against sales, distribution, and in-outlet execution targets, constantly searching for new opportunities and winning them for the future growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Always demonstrate the behaviors: do it now approach, solution orientated, connected to the industry, and strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the On-Premise industry.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- 3+ years of sales experience with proven success in the On-Premise industry, preferably in the non-alcoholic beverage sector. Previous experience working in the hospitality, nightlife and/or FMCG industry preferred.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese skills.
- Strong understanding of the On-Premise industry and customer behavior.
