- Grow & protect On Premise accounts in the related region. Deliver against sales, distribution, and in-outlet execution targets, constantly searching for new opportunities and winning them for the future growth.
- Know your territory like the back of your hand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Always demonstrate the behaviors: do it now approach, solution orientated, connected to the industry, and strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the On-Premise industry.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Live & breathe the nightlife and being well networked in the nightlife scene.
- Manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, budgets) to drive efficiency and effectiveness, in line with the company and brand principal’s guidelines and standards.
- Activate brand initiatives in-outlet, such as consumption activations, event support.
- Collaborate with brand’s principals to build affinity and understanding of the Company’s brands and products within the network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Be seen as the credible, reliable and knowledgeable face of Company’s brands in On Premise.
- Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Company's business and customer's business.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, other similar establishments and with our wholesalers and distributors on the allocated territory to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Deliver premium execution and creative value-adds to enhance Company's brands image.
- Deliver and install POSM materials in outlet, train outlet’s staff to use and maintain the POSM as per the brand’s guidelines.
- Provide regular sales, POSM placement and in-outlet execution reports and updates to the management team.
- Arrange set-up and conduct marketing initiatives initiated by the brand principals to promote Company's products and enhance the Company's brand image.
- Conduct product trainings for customers as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 3+ years of sales experience with proven success in the On-Premise industry, preferably in the non-alcoholic beverage sector. Previous experience working in the hospitality, nightlife and/or FMCG industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of the On-Premise industry and customer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Prior experience in successfully launching a product in the On Premise industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization and organizational ability.
- Street smart. Know what's going on in the streets – understand all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them. 
- Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene. Excellent communication, active listening skills and the ability to negotiate. 
- Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
- Willingness to travel within allocated geographical region.
- Spend 90% of the time on the market developing the customers in the designated area.
- Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
