We are seeking a General Manager to lead our company's start-up operations and business development in Vietnam. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative duties, establishing company regulations, and managing personnel and general affairs.
Responsibilities:
* Admin duties:
- Company start-up work.
- Organizing and submitting documents related to company start-up.
- Preparing company rules and regulations.
- Establishment of company rules.
- Personnel and general affairs work in general.
- General accounting duties.
* Business related work:
- Conduct meetings with the head office in Japan to plan and manage future business plans.
- Market research and analysis.
- Reporting to Japanese sales managers.
- Support for Japanese sales managers.
- You will work with a Japanese sales manager to build business and administer the establishment of the company.
- Our company plans and designs booths for our clients at trade shows. Our clients are mainly located in Japan. We support our clients in Japan when they exhibit at trade shows in Vietnam.
