The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the application processes for work permits (WP), visas, and temporary residence cards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide services according to customer requests.
- Prepare documents for customers and their families.
- Responsible for WP, VISA and temporary residence card applications.
- Update information on WP, VISA and temporary residence card application rules.
- Provide support to customers in Japanese.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors and managers.
