You will be responsible for the following tasks at a company that sells fixtures and furniture for supermarkets and retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- General support for sales staff
- Creating quotations, contracts, trade documents, etc.
- Email correspondence with customers (in English)
- Check inventory quantity based on store layout

<Business Overview>
- Clients: Mainly Japanese supermarkets, retail stores, etc.
- Areas: Mainly around HCMC (some parts in Hanoi areas)
- Products: Product shelves, furniture, miscellaneous goods, fixtures, etc.

- Japanese: N3 - N2 level (able to communicate with internal Japanese).
- English: Intermediate (able to communicate by email and read contracts in English).
- Experience in interior design, furniture, fixtures, or other similar industries.
