The Finance & Accounting Manager oversees financial policies, reporting, and asset management. This role ensures tax compliance, controls budgets and cash flow, and manages accounting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update and improve Finance-Accounting policies, procedures and work processes.
- Manage and control company assets (fixed assets, cash, capital...).
- Control prices and purchasing, insurance.
- Manage and approve the company's tax, accounting, and financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of accounting data.
- Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting laws and the group's accounting and financial policies.
- Ensure the progress of the group's consolidated reports.
- Coordinate in management of accounting software systems.
- Control credit, cash flow, capital operations.
- Planning of mid-term/ long-term budget including suggestion to General Director.
- Managing/ holding member’s council, and BOD.
- Jobs related to corporate governance. (SDGs, ESG, and etc.).
- Jobs related to joint venture and investors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Degree: University degree.
- Major: Accounting, Finance, Chief Accountant Certificate, ACCA is a plus.
- Knowledge: Finance, Accounting, IFRS
- Experience: 10 years of experience on Finance & Accounting operations.
- At least 05 years of experience with managerial roles in logistics/ forwarding company.
- Experience of tax risk control and insurance control.
- Language: Good command of English.
