The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of the manufacturing facility. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage all aspects of factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Overall factory management.
- Manufacturing, quality, equipment management, personnel management, subcontractor management, etc.
- Experience in factory operations (including quality control, with a minimum of 3 years of experience).
- Japanese: Equivalent to N2 level (certification not required)
└ Capable of conversation, reading, writing, emailing, and document creation without issues in daily work.
- English: Capable of reading, writing, emailing, and document creation.
- Age: 30 to 40 years old.
- Education: University graduate.
- Skills and Qualifications: Manufacturing site management, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Gender: Not specified (both male and female are welcome)
* Preferred Skills:
- Experience in factory management in a wire harness manufacturing company is highly welcome (especially in automotive-related areas).
- Experience in equipment maintenance.
- Experience in TQM improvement activities.
- Ability to perform tasks using VBA in Excel.
