• Facility (Equipment) Design, Quantity Survey and Estimate for a factory or a warehouse.
• Receive the requirements, create the hand drawings and detail design.
• Ensure the quality and deadline of the project.
• Select, price and source construction materials.
• Identify risks and help develop suitable responses.
• Report to Japanese Manager.

• Around 3 years of work experience of Facility (Equipment) Design (NOT a CAD operator) and Quantity Survey.
• Experience of Construction Design for a factory or a warehouse.
• Auto CAD skills.
• *Please bring your portfolio when you attend a job interview.
• Business English skill.
• Japanese skills (Prefer).

*Allowance

• Phone: 500,000VND/month
• Transportation: 500,000VND/month
• Others: Certificate Allowance, Language Allowance (TOEIC／JLPT)

*Bonus

• 13 month bonus, paid in December.
• Special Bonus: Based on the company's business performance & individual business performance, paid in January.
• Completion (of construction) Allowance: Depending on the Net sales of completed construction contracts, paid in July & January
