We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on games developed by Japanese companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional email-based customer support in German, managing inquiries, and facilitating communication between end users and game development teams.

Responsibilities:

- Customer support for games developed by Japanese companies.
- Provide customer support (e-mail) for inquiries in German.
- Sending emails to end users (German).
- Escalation to game development companies (English or Japanese).
- Research using management tools.
- Inquiry analysis.
- Report writing.

Yêu cầu công việc

- German language proficiency: native, business level.
C1 or C2 (B2 will be considered if you have studied or worked in Germany or have related work experience).
- English ability: Good enough to conduct internal meetings smoothly.
- No experience necessary.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
