You will handle customer service and coordination related to repair services for household electronic products, including communication with repair partners, spare parts handling, and reporting to the head office.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with repair contractors in five cities in the south.
- Receive orders for spare parts needed for repairs.
- Arrange shipment of spare parts.
- Coordinate delivery schedules.
- Gather repair details from contractors and compile reports.
- Submit repair reports to the head office in Japan.
- Travel within Vietnam for business trips when required.
- Create quotations and purchase orders using Excel.
