The Customer Service staff is responsible for handling export-related tasks, coordinating maritime transportation, and overseeing warehouse operations when needed. This role ensures smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Import and export affairs (mainly export)
- Arranging maritime transportation within and outside of Vietnam
- occasionally visits to warehouses in Hanoi (for supervising workers)
- Intermediate English skill (reading and writing) for export operations.
- Advanced Japanese skill for smooth communication with Japanese
- New graduate is welcomed.
- For those who have working experience, the experience in import and export operations is must.
