* Key responsibilities:
-  Work in teams of typically 4 ~ 5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.
-  Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.
- Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. 
- Provide strategic consulting on business expansion and new businesses.

* Professional background requirements:
- MBA and >5 years experience with top-tier professional consulting firms

* Education:
- Holders of Advanced graduate degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) 
- Bachelor’s  degree and excellent academic record; focus in a Business or Quantitative discipline (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Management, etc.)

* Knowledge / skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong command of English and Vietnamese.
- Highly resourceful, with superior problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good time-management skills and a flexible attitude, with ability to meet tight deadlines and handle simultaneous work streams.
- Strong customer service orientation with willingness to work in a demanding and results-oriented team environment.
- IT skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

* Others:
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
- Good understanding of the Vietnam market, coupled with sound business.
