- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide insights into the company's financial health.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets. Provide financial forecasts to assist in decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external tax professionals for accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receivables. Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
- Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Audit Coordination: Work with external auditors during financial audits. Address any audit findings and implement necessary improvements.
- Cash Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash position, ensuring there is enough liquidity for day-to-day operations including coordination of depositing or borrowing cash with banks.
- Invoice Management: Work with Sales Division staff to prepare and maintain invoices and debit notes and follow up on cash collections.
- Administration Support (if needed): Work in cooperation with the Administration Division staff according to the business situation.

- More than 5 years’ experience.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Strong technical skills in accounting software, PC skills (especially Microsoft Excel), financial analysis, and financial reporting are essential.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax regulations is crucial for ensuring compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations is crucial for social insurance.
- Ability to manage own time and workload.
- Good communication skills to interact with other departments in the company and effectively communicate financial information.
