1. Business Development:
- Be responsible for whole sales process from researching market to targeting companies, taking action to generate leads (e.g., cold calls, etc), field sales, implementation, and customer success.
- Plus, build partnerships with e-commerce enablers to generate leads as well.
2. Product Development:
- Based on market feedback, be responsible for planning new features and projects to develop the product further.
- Team Management & Development:
- Be responsible for recruiting, forming a sales team, and training members.
- Set a KGI and KPI, plan & strategy, and lead the team.
[Sales Experience]
- 3+ years of B to B sales experience.
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling to acquire new merchant to generate business opportunity.
- Experience with any of the following: software, SaaS, fintech, and payment products in a sales environment or in startup environment (early stage of business).( e.g., OnePay, Payoo, VN Pay, Momo pay, Zalo pay etc.)
