You will be responsible for the following duties at a company that provides comprehensive logistics services.
Responsibilities:
- Management and operation of the HCM branch office.
- General management of Vietnamese managers.
- Sales activities and management for Vietnamese, Japanese, and other foreign companies.
- Work experience in logistics fields: Above 7 years (including more than 3 years of management experience).
- Knowledge of international logistics (all of sea, air and land import/export, and warehouse) operations.
- Management experience at a company of similar scale (number of employees).
- Experience leading a team to achieve goals.
- English: Internal communication level (ability to interact with Japanese staff)
- Skills in branch operations, supervision of Vietnamese managers.
- Management of sales activities to Vietnamese companies, Japanese companies, and non-Japanese foreign companies.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
