As a Back Office Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management of back-office operations. This role involves efficiently managing general affairs, human resources, accounting, and legal operations to strengthen the internal support system of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise business operations and manage progress across departments (general affairs, HR, accounting, etc.).
- Communicate with management in Japanese to ensure effective task execution at the branch.
- Develop and revise internal regulations.
- Draft various contracts and provide legal support.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including strategy formulation, job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and regular follow-ups.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding procedures and support performance evaluations.
- Assist in budget management and expense processing.
- Manage internal risk and promote compliance.
- Design, maintain, and manage systems necessary for branch office functions.
- Propose and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support smooth branch operations.
- Japanese N2 level or higher, communication with executives and staff at the headquarters in Japan is necessary.
* Main Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in office support roles (general affairs, HR, accounting, legal, etc.) at an IT company.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Motivated to manage and improve the organization.
- University graduate.
