The Accounting Staff will play a crucial role in the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS). The candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including issuing VAT invoices, inventory management, monitoring bank transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

- Performs the job in the accounting department such as: issuing VAT invoices, inventory
- Monitoring and inputting data into accounting software.
- Performs the job in the accounting department such as following up and checking on bank
transactions, and payment transfers. Closing the AR, AP, and Inventories matching with the BS.
- Entries the data accounting transactions, and ensures that the general ledger monthly is recorded properly according to Vietnamese law (VAS) and company requirements.
- Admin and other general affairs tasks.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

- Graduated from University with a major in Finance/Accounting.
- At least 5 years experience in accounting, taxes, invoice, and payment.
- Experience working in an FDI company.
- Internal communication in English (Intermediate level).
- Gender: Any.
- Age: 28 ~
- Education: University Graduate, major in Finance/ Accounting.
