We are seeking a Accountant Leader to join our team. The Accountant Leader will also handle social, health, and unemployment insurance services and support internal and external audits.



- Check and process all payments, verify transactions with Vietnam regulation and company internal rule.
- Check VAT, FCT, CIT, PIT for Vietnamese & Foreigners (highly experienced in calculating PIT for foreigners which includes compute, declaration, prepare tax returns, and also have full knowledge of relevant laws, and regulations.).
- Processing all Social / Health / Unemployment insurance related services.                                    
- Update all relevant regulations and laws.    
- Assist, prepare reports, provide documents for internal, external audit and tax department when required.
- Preparation and submission of annual reports to the Department of Industry and Commerce.                                    
- Other tasks assigned by office manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience years of experience in accounting and HR.
- Considerable knowledge in using computers: Microsoft Word, Excel, email, online banking.
- Honest, highly responsible, careful, hard working, willing to learn new things, focusing in details, communication skills, good team work.
- Between 26-32 years of age (If outside this range, it can be considered separately).
- JLPT: N3 required; Japanese speaking / listening level equal to N2 (no need for JLPT N2) /Japanese is used when communicating with the Japanese office manager and between Japan headquarters.
- English daily conversation level (simple communication, minimum reading and writing skills).
- Seeking long period employment candidate.
