1. Business Development
- Search for new business opportunities both in Vietnam & oversea using different networks, channels & resources.
- Develop new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships in accordance with the company strategy.
- Present OEM & Copacking services to prospective customers.
- Contract negotiations and be a key player in administering contractual agreements with customers to ensure smooth contract implementation.
2. Account Management
- Fulfill own target to contribute to the Dept., and Company objectives achievement.
- Be a key player between internal departments and customers’ key stakeholders to ensure smooth OEM & Copacking operation.
- Monitor the contract implementation and operation of assigned customers to understand the customers’ needs in order to have proper supports and actions to provide the best services to customers.
- Build excellent relationships with the customers and maintain sustainable business cooperation.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Identifying short and long-term business opportunities & defining objectives for the account.
- Adherence the company policy on protection and confidential information/ data.
- Sometimes do the English & Vietnamese translation and interpretation if necessary (not frequent).
- Prepare adhoc reports required by line manager.

- Advance spoken and written English skills.
- 3-5 year experience in Business Development & Account Management in multinational companies.
- Have B2B sales experience.
- Have experience in FMCG & OEM operation is a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint ect…
- Customer-oriented & Problem solving skills .
- Have an entrepreneur mindset.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills .
