The ACC Leader will oversee the financial and compliance functions of the organization, ensuring accurate inventory control, production costing, and adherence to legal regulations. This role involves meticulous management of accounting processes, fixed assets, and tax-related activities, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
- Receipt of purchase vouchers, sales vouchers, and other vouchers, checking for legality in accordance with legal regulations, management of fixed assets, management of prepaid expenses, recording in accounting books, and storage of accounting documents.
- Classification and control of illegal expenses and balances on the trial balance sheet, debt and credit control.
- Inventory control of materials, work-in-process, and finished goods; production costing; inventory data comparison with inventory data in customs clearance system.
- Preparation, reporting, declaration, payment and storage of PIT, CIT, VAT and FCT as required by law
- Management of deposits and cash balances, preparation of remittance instructions, and recording of withdrawn and received documents in the accounting books.
- Issue sales invoices as required by law.
- Handle all requests of the supervisor.
