Mô tả công việc

- Experience in 3D production using Maya, 3DS MAX and Blender.
- Worked closely with in-house XR engineers and creative staff to check feasibility.
- Overall project management, production progression, and operation and maintenance.
- Recruitment and utilization of 3D designers (interviews, evaluations, etc.).
- Training for new hires.
- Depending on ability, in the future, provide technical guidance and management as a leader of the -XR engineering team.
- Management as the leader of the XR engineering team.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience in creating 3D models including textures for characters, buildings, backgrounds, etc.
- Experience working in a game or animation production company.
- The candidate should be able to communicate smoothly with relevant internal and external sections while making accurate judgments of situations.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A sense of responsibility to ensure that deliverables/event implementation is completed to the last minute.
- Experience in new business startups.
- Experience in online events, virtual events, AR/VR/MR apps from planning to implementation.
- Experience in any of the above.
- Experience in 3D production for online or packaged games.
- Experience in developing online games, especially VR chat, Roblox, ZEPET or Fortnite.
- Experience working in a Japanese company.
- N2 or above.
- Experience as a leader in a development site (technical guidance to team members, task management, etc.)
- Experience in design planning, production direction, budget and schedule management, etc.
