- Post job on recruitment websites.
- Search, select candidates who are suitable to current job vacancies.
- Actively approach suitable candidates.
- First interview candidates.
- Introduce to the clients.
- Arrange direct interviews, support candidates before the interview.
- Handle contract with the clients.
- Hybrid working style ( Alternately working from home and working from Office )
- At least 1 year’s experience in recruitment.
- Priority for candidates who used to be a recruitment consultant or candidates who are keen on recruitment.
- Flexible, good problem-solving skill, negotiation skill.
- Japanese at communication level.
- English at basic level.
- Good at using social media.
- Experience in hunting service.
