The Technical and Customer Support will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and customer service. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, repairing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission.
- Repairing machinery, materials and equipment in case the goods used by the customer have problems, may have to go to the customer's place.
- Support customers during the use of goods, ensure product warranty in case customers want to return or exchange.
- Responsible for making quotations for customers.
- Contact the factory to get product price in case of new products.
- The other tasks assigned by director.
