Supplier Quality Assurance Staff supports quality management by developing systems, analyzing defects, and guiding suppliers.

* Responsibilities:

- Will be in charge of the following tasks while supervised by the Vietnamese Manager.
- Establishment and operation of quality assurance systems (including development and standardization of inspection criteria)
- Prevention of quality defects, root cause analysis, and formulation of recurrence prevention measures.
- Strengthening collaboration with local suppliers, providing technical guidance, and conducting audits.
- Responding to technical inquiries from customers
- Frequent communication with Japan headquarter.

- 2–3 years or more of experience of quality management at a manufacturer or of suppliers.
- Japanese N2 (for internal communication and customer interactions)
- A clear sense of career direction that aligns with the work in our company.
