Quality Control Supervisor manages daily QC activities to ensure products meet quality, cost, and food safety standards.
* Responsibilities:
1. Support Japanese Manager in terms of QC:
- Support Japanese manager to manage quality control as professional quality control supervisor.
2. Quality Control Operations:
- Create documents to carry out quality control activities.
- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day quality control activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality, cost and food safety standards.
- Lead quality control staff as a leader.
3. Team Leadership:
- Train and develop quality control staff.
- Promote a collaborative and disciplined working environment.
- Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and teaching as needed.
4. Process Improvement:
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality control issues.
5. Support to get international quality standards
- Join the team to get international standards.
- Communicate with the relevant authorities to get international standards.
- Support to make documents and get audited to get international standards.
6. Reporting to Japanese Manager:
- Monitor quality control activities and report to manager.
- Monitor quality control team performance and report to manager.
- Improve quality control team efficiency and report to manager.
- Report to manager at the time of quality default.
7. Communication with Japanese Team during quality control training:
- Work closely with Japanese team during quality control training held before production starts.
