- Management of GT sales members' activities.
- Management of sales of distributors, etc.
- Confirmation of sales status.
- Planning of sales promotion plans.
- Sales checks at retail stores.
- Demonstrates understanding of shoppers and customers behaviors specific to the region to develop right strategy at right region.
- Perform full year organizing trade activities in line with business objectives/ brand objectives.
- Execution of National activations and events for all company portfolios based on Brand Campaign.
- Manage the activity performance in collaborating with key commercial departments and external partners.
- Responsible for the project budget (track all spend, monthly reporting).
- Involves ongoing sales data analysis (trends, competitors, category, etc.), monitoring the competitor activities and propose innovative ideas.

- At least 2 years of experience in software development.
- Japanese: Daily conversation or above is required (as there is a lot of communication with the head office design department).
- English is not required.
- Experience in DSP and FPGA development.
- Able to commute to work by yourself.
- Have worked in Japan for more than 1 year or stayed in Japan for more than 3 years (including student days).
