The Bridge & Lead Software Engineer leads UI development for printer controller software, testing with real devices or simulators. The role also includes project planning, debugging, and ensuring software quality.
Responsibilities:
- You will develop the UI for embedded controller software running on the control board of multifunction printer devices.
- Debugging and evaluation for MFP (Multi-function printer) related cloud service or software will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators.
- The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.
- Lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project.
- Work Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 5 years or more. (UI/UX/JavaScript/C++ experience is preferred)
* Language Proficiency:
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level (or higher is preferred), and English Intermediate - spoken, listening, and written. Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferable.
- Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a core member of the company.
