- Guidance to site engineer
- Allocate work and manage construction progress
- Receive requirements from PM and report to PM
- Instruct to the Site Engineer

- More than 3 years of Site Manager experience
- Factory construction experience
- Bachelor degree
- English: Intermediate level (don't need to Japanese skills)

- Prefer : work experience at a Japanese construction company
