We are seeking a Service Engineer specializing machines. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment at clients' factories. This role requires effective communication with both clients and machine manufacturers, as well as occasional travel for business and training purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting at clients' factories
- Communicating with machine manufacturers (e.g., addressing issues, purchasing spare parts) [in English]
- Reporting to the clients [in English]
- Introducing new machinery *Sometimes the business trip to HCM can happen (about twice a year)
- Attending technical training in Singapore after the probation period [in English]
