Work as a senior staff member in sales planning, focusing on reporting and data management, regional business coordination across ASEAN entities, and sales and investment planning. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and Japanese managers to support business decisions and planning processes.

*Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update monthly sales reports, KPIs, and management materials.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data, ensuring data quality and standardization.
- Improve dashboards, reports, and reporting efficiency.
- Consolidate business data from regional entities (sales, inventory, pipeline, pricing).
- Coordinate headquarters initiatives and follow up with local entities.
- Share best practices and ensure timely, high-quality responses.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts and 3-year mid-term plans.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Support planning analysis, risk assessment, and approval processes.

- University degree or higher.
- Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business, corporate planning, or analytical roles.
- Strong data analysis skills, Excel (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query or macros).
- Strong logical thinking and summarization skills.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
