We are seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and visually appealing designs that align with local market demands. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the timely and quality delivery of marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
1. Design Development (75%)
- Developing new seasonal package and gift box in support of local market demand.
- Adapting package design from Headquarters for Vietnam market.
- Working out the design of POSM and other items customized to Sales team's request.
- Liaising with printing supplier to ensure deliverables are qualified and on track.
2. Supply and control POSM to support sales activities (25%)
- Following up procurement process of POSM order & POSM production.
- Overseeing POSM delivery to branches in line with Sales' allocation request.
- Monthly checking and reporting inventory status of POSM in cooperation with Sales Admin team.
3. Others
- Other Marketing activities as assigned by Marketing MNG
- Support Design for internal events, if any
- Follow process, form as regulated in FSSC 2200 & ISO 9001:2015
