1. Senior logistics sale role (70%)
- Develop to the best of his ability, his own client portfolio to look for customers with logistics service needs (international freight, customs clearance, domestic transportation…).
- Closely follow up on the sales leads to realization of service opportunities, negotiate and resolve any concerns to close target sales, proactively pursue to win the contracts/ projects.
- Approach and develop new relationship with his own clients portfolio.
- Under any circumstances to give a quality image of his belonging to the SBS Toshiba Logistics Group Enthusiasm & Professionalism.
- Be active and aggressive selling and promoting the service of Toshiba Logistics Vietnam.
- Follow and update the market information and competitor actions.
- Regularly report related KPIs and comply with the company sales strategy.
2. NVOCC operation role (30%)
- Prepare docs for import shipments (Manifest, AN, DO...) for sea freight.
- Effectively respond to all customer enquiries/issues.
- Problem solving using own initiative, keeping customers and partners updated with progress on time.
