- Translator: Japanese & English.
- Arrange meeting, car schedule.
- Prepare documents, collect necessary information at the request of the Manager, Directors.
- Translating documents when required.
- Perform the tasks assigned by the General Director.
- Responsible for some tasks of general affairs.
- Responsible for some tasks of human recources.
- Other duties: Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Manager & Directors.
- Reports To GA & HR Manager (Vietnamese).

- Foreign language: English (equivalent to Toiec 800) & Japanese is compulsory (Japanese equivalent to N1 is advantage).
