The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Consulting Services by managing customer interactions from the contract acquisition stage, facilitating the delivery of training programs, and handling contractual and billing matters.
Responsibilities:
- Will replace the sales staff in handling customers from the contract acquiring stage.
- Supporting the delivery of training
└Liaison between the instructor and the client
└Other duties (printing materials, arranging airline tickets for lecturers, etc.)
