Sales Support of HR Consulting Services
The Sales Support of HR Consulting Services involves providing essential support in managing talent development and organizational development projects, as well as assisting in sales proposal activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Support for managing talent development and organizational development projects (approximately 70%)
- Serve as the point of contact for customer interactions during project delivery.
- Translation/interpretation tasks: translating training materials, interpreting for clients and instructors, etc.
- Other tasks: printing training materials, purchasing training supplies, arranging business trips, etc.
2. Sales proposal support (approximately 30%)
- Conduct hearings and proposals for new clients together with sales staff.
*Projects cover a wide range of areas, including training, HR system development, coaching, etc.
*If able to travel, expect business trips about once a month.
