Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a  Sales Support cum Admin. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing essential support to our Sales and Marketing departments. The candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess strong communication skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.


1. General Affairs & Secretary Duties (40%) 
- Be the main person in charge of coordinating corporate cars and drivers.
- Arrange schedules, accommodations, and logistics for business trips. 
- Make dinner reservations for Japanese managers. Coordinate closely with the restaurants for special business dinner/lunch meetings with clients.
- Keep track of Japanese Managers’ daily schedules and calenders to provide proactive secretary supports.
- Support the Accounting and Administrative department with general day-to-day back-office operations.
- Order lunch for Japanese Managers via food delivery apps.

2. Sales & Marketing Duties (60%) 
- Assist the Sales department during tender preparation and submission.
- Update and maintain various internal databases.
- Update and prepare Company profiles (Japanese & English).
- Draft, translate various official letters and business documents.
- Create from scratch, update, and maintain informational maps of projects, industrial parks, etc.
- Conduct information research on construction companies and projects.
- Occasionally attend, interpret (JP-EN-VN), and make notes during meetings.
- Be up-to-date with the local current news and keep Japanese managers reported.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Business level of Japanese (equivalent of JLPT N2 or above) and English (equivalent of TOEIC 800 or above) languages in all four skills.
- Being familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Mail & Calendar, Teams, SharePoint).
- Having strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Being able to utilize Google Maps well.
- Being detail-oriented, possessing a keen eye and good sense for creating visually appealing and informative materials.
