We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction post-contract, particularly with hospitals. Responsibilities include discussing contract details with clients, addressing concerns, ensuring service deliverables meet expectations, and assisting the sales team with various support operations.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to discuss and clarify the specifics of the contract after it has been signed
- Conduct thorough follow-ups after contract execution to guarantee client satisfaction and to identify further opportunities for service improvement and engagement.
- Support the sales team with various administrative and operational tasks to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.

- Requirements: Preferably female.
- Language: English daily conversation level or above, or Japanese N2 level.
- Experience in sales support and customer service.
