Sales Support is responsible for supporting the sales team by maintaining client relationships, creating SDS and product labels, and researching chemical substances.
* Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with existing clients.
- Gathering information on chemical-related Laws and the market.
- Creating SDS and labels in Vietnamese + Researching chemical substances used by clients (checking with suppliers if the products have any substances regulated in each country, etc.)
