The Sales Staff will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing customer relationships. This position involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions in collaboration with our production team.

Responsibilities:​

[Workflow]
100% new customer acquisition for Japanese companies (conversion)
1. Exchange business cards (attend meetings such as those held by JCCI)
2. Obtain appointments, gather needs, and acquire the cardboard currently being used
3. Prepare proposals (collaborate with the factory to analyze the cardboard and create proposal content)
4. Proposal, prototyping, and order reception
5. Start mass production
* After mass production begins, existing customer sales staff will take over.

[Other]
- You will also take over customers that the predecessor was in the process of developing.
- The Japanese Vice President will accompany you to appointments, but you will be the main point of contact.
- Overtime pay will be provided if work outside of regular hours occurs due to attending meetings, etc.
- Currently, there are no plans for business trips that require overnight stays.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Japanese (Upper N2) *Conversation ability is prioritized.
- Approximately 2-3 years of work experience (field not specified)
- Experience studying/working in Japane is plus.
