We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team. The candidate will work closely with the Japanese Sales Manager to develop new sales opportunities in forwarding services. 

Responsibilities:​

- Developing business with new clients.
- Receiving and processing new orders.
- Responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with forwarding operation staff.
- Preparing quotations and proposals.
- Handling issues such as unavailable ship reservations and transportation problems.

- Currently, 95% of our clients are Japanese companies.
- Our main business is ocean forwarding(export by container). We also handle air freight forwarding.
- In acquiring new clients, we aim to engage broadly with both Japanese and local companies.

- 1year+ operational experience in forwarding services (local/FDI is acceptable).
- Intermediate English for internal communication.

* Preferred Skills:
- Experience working at a Japanese forwarding company.
- Focusing particularly on handling ocean exports is ideal, especially among operational experience in forwarding services.
- Sales experience in forwarding company.
